Description: For this activity students had a lesson that revolved around Earth Day. Students had also learned about Picasso and his continuous line are. Students had then created a landscape that had reminded them of the Earth or Earth Day, they were required to make the landscape in one continuous line. After they had created their continuous line drawing students then got to do the bubble art, with bubble art students had to use at least 3 colors to create their bubbles, they had to blow down into a pie tin or cup and create the bubbles to place on their paper. This art project was so much fun to do with the class and very experimental for the students.
Extension Activity: For this activity, I would create a bubble art mural for the classroom. We would get a big piece of paper and have students use a water bottle top to create the bubbles instead of a straw. Students would then go around the sheet and create bubbles. at the end the students would work on their handwriting by having a continuous line with their cursive, we would then put a picture of each classmate on by their name and have a continuous line connecting all of the students name!
