Description: Here are the five best pictures that had come from my E&P project. In this project, we were in charge of finding pictures that cover all of the Elements and Principles of art. We had to find pictures that we thought would correlate with the elements and principles that are used when defining art. For my top five I had chosen emphasis, color, shape, texture and unity. Once we had found the pictures we needed to come up with a way to presentation with our own definitions.
Extension Activity: I would have students go around the school and find pictures that go with the elements and principles. Students would then work in groups to identify a new definition of the elements along with an explanation as to why they had chosen the picuters. Then students would have to create a project with two elements and two principles.
